"Appointments through TRAQS which were handled very quickly"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Six months ago I had to be admitted to hospital with back problems, I can only speak as I find.

The staff were very caring and informative. I was there for 2 weeks, which time I had x-ray and MRI scan. I was then transferred to a local home for 2 weeks, where again I was looked after so well.

I went home with equipment to help me get around my bungalow, and during the last few months I have received appointments through TRAQS which were handled very quickly.

Please accept my thanks for all your help in arranging these.

Thank you for your feedback which is much appreciated. Although you mentionTRAQS was involved in arranging some apppointments, I note that your comments generally relate to your experience whilst in hospital and as such I am unable to comment on their behalf.
