I found it very relaxing and the people are so friendly but as she said that the pain in my neck, shoulder and elbow will never go away, I keep exercising. Go to classes every week, nobody knows how much pain you are in.
Telling the doctor, he just keeps telling you it’s to do with your age. I know everyone’s getting older, but the doctor says if you were an animal we would put you out of pain. I don’t know if they are joking. I don’t think it’s funny. How would they like it said to them?
No one believes you, that’s why I can’t bear to go to the doctor. They keep trying tablets.
