"This hospital has a terrible reputation built on..."

The A&E Department is dirty, under staffed and in my horrific experience, led by one of the most arrogant, dismissive and rude Doctor's I have ever had the mis fortune to be 'treated' by. The Staff Sister and Nurses do their very best to rush around in a disorganized environment,the 'Doctor' I saw just barks out rubbish. I was not listened to. There was no interest whatsoever in my symptom history and the 'Doctor's' treatment advice changed on numerous occasions. An elderly lady was told to 'I'm too busy right now' from a nurse, when she urgently needed a commode - an elderly gentleman was told 'this is not a cafe, it's a hospital' when asking for a drink. I will be putting in a formal complaint regarding the Doctor I had to deal with, as I would avoid the hospital at all costs in future after my experience with him and for the sake of the superb Sister and her struggling team - somebody should make him accountable for his disgraceful attitude.
