"Antenatal care"

This hospital has been mixed so far. Great for ultrasound but so far terrible for communication between departments. Also, many of the staff of switchboard or in different departments don't seem to know much about the hospital or are rude even when I am being polite. Haven't had the baby yet, so can't comment on the birth/postnatal yet.
