"Very good treatment at the fracture ..."

What I liked Very good treatment at the fracture clinic but I was in there a good two and a half hours and this was a timed appointment. However when I tried to change an appointment date I could not get through to the department after three attempts. I am writing this comment as I am waiting for the phone to be answered. This is appalling and at the moment I am contemplating actually physically going to the hospital to get it changed.
