What I liked
PALS were helpful and staff in small cafe were always pleasant and helpful.
What could be improved
nursing staff attitudes to patients and relatives could be improved, perhaps taking a sympathetic holistic approach to patients and their family would help.
Anything else?
i was saddened to think i had to leave a member of my family in this hospital. they were discharged feeling depressed at how they had been treated.i did not agree with privatisation until my dealings with this hospital. unfortunately we have no choice. it was not just 1 persons attitude but on the whole at least half of the staff had the same work ethos and attitude to patients.
