About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Have had a headache for 6 weeks believed to be a sinus problem but also have a benign brain tumour so was concerned about that it could be pressure from this.

Went to A & E with my daughter yesterday was listened to, checked thoroughly then sent for a CT scan, then told the results, to put my mind at rest.

You hear so much bad press about A & E but my experience was very good..

Thank you so much for providing us with feedback, I am so glad to hear that you were happy with the service we provided to you. I will certainly let staff know - the A&E department has been very busy and so staff will appreciate to see your feedback. We are very proud of our staff who really try to make a difference. I am glad we were able to reassure you.
