When I finally saw a doctor in A&E, expert advice and genuinly apologetic for losing my records
What could be improved
Everything, there is no communication. Waiting 6 hours in A&E does not bother me, but not being kept in the loop does. I finally found out my records were lost, and I was made to feel to blame
Anything else?
the whole place is dirty, but cant be helped. the plastic used on the floor is cheap. its not difficult, tile the whole place, and it will be easier to clean and will not date so easily
