the fact i got away without contracting anything...i certainly wouldnt want to be admitted there...i'd rather risk MRSA and C diff down the road

What could be improved

communication

hygiene

warmth

staff learning people skills...staff stood around arms crossed giving "dirty" looks to the public hardly gives a caring image

this appointment was booked on the computer as it fitted in with my daughters college and was the first available..

doctor was rude ran extremely late

we were kept waiting 100 minutes appointment from start to finish didnt even reach double figures...well under 10 minutes!!!!!

no apology

no introduction

the doc didnt even ask my permission for a student to be present...arrogance in the highest

room was dirty....

spillage stains on the wall...along with dirt, room could have done with a darn good sweep

it appeared as like it was a slug trial across the skirting area...i hope not

hospital was FREEZING it was like walking in a wind tunnel...i have been in warmer morgues.

signs up asking to clean your hands with the alcohol wash yet the handwash dispensers were empty!!! ...thats laziness and stupidity in 2008

car park charges are a rip off...makes me wonder if the staff arent on a go slow so as to make you pay more.

this is the first and last time i will go there...GOD best help anyone who has a serious accident and gets taken there...they have my full sympathies, personally id insist on the ambulance taking me to either Medway or Maidstone

the ONLY helpful person in the place was the man at the cashiers office....

was glad to get out...3 hours totally wasted

gonig to see my gp and ask for a referral to hospital that offers more..i want to see a doctor that is polite caring and one that listens my daughter clearly told him what the issues were and yet he ignored what she had said and went off another tangent

REMEMBER this....doctors are the same as us..you dont get respect simply because you are a doctor respect is earnt & not a right.... the only difference between him and me is this one simple fact...he has read a few more books.today he proved he needs to start all over.....
