Three weeks to wait for physio appointment, three more weeks for 30 minutes Pilates session. After the first session no appointment available for the next 17 days. What is the purpose of this service, if there is no regularity. This infrequent service is not efficient or effective in treating my ailment. This is an illusion of the service i feel, not a caring service. It has been contracted out, the result is devastating for the patients
