What I liked
Nursing staff were friendly and helpful switchboard less so.
What could be improved
1.Running an Ulcer clinic in an office that is so dark that I have to take a torch with me to help examinations seems rather 3rd world! Improved lighting would be helpful.2. Mechanise your entry doors in the Ascot Day Clinic .Struggling to take wheelchair patients though two sets of non mechanised swing doors is liable to be counter productive at best and dangerous at worst.
3 Install telephones. Surely it would be possible in this day and age to provide clinics of this nature with a telephone and brief your switchboard of the clinic's existence?
4 Provide more disabled Parking.Disabled parking seems always to be full and regular parking so jammed so tight that getting disabled patients in and out of cars is almost impossible.
Anything else?
Surely you must have a suppotrting cahrity that will help with simple matters like lights and doors if regular budgets are over extended?
