What could be improved
Could I suggest that an optional system be introduced of arranging blood tests by means of electronic contact between GP surgeries and path. labs. (with email confirmation to patients that can be printed out and take to the path. lab.for the test to be carried out)? This would, it seems to me, avoid patients having to collect forms from surgeries and speed up the whole process into the bargain.
