"Very poor service"

I went to the walk in center with my wife on 15th of March around 6pm as she twisted my ankle falling down from stair. She had extreme pain, I went there and registered, & waited in the queue for 2 hours. After 2 hours her name was called by a lady nurse. We went to the room and she started to say we are short of staff and we have long queue to finish so she can not do my treatment, I told if its like that why did they not let us know at the time of registration. She abruptly said now I can not do anything, come back tomorrow morning if I want to do treatment or she asked me to got to Barnet or North-wick Park hospital. After waiting there for 2 hours she could not be bothered to go to another hospital which were miles away from us. She came with all the pain at home, had some pain killer to get relief somehow. My suggestion to everyone please ask them before if they can look at you, otherwise do not waste the time. Really disappointed with the service
