The service on B3 at the Queen's Medical Centre was average. The only thing I have to say is that I am a diabetic and had to wait longer than usual between insulin injections whilst on the ward, as my medication was kept locked away by the nurse and so I had to ask for it whenever it was needed (often having a long wait before it was eventually received).
