What I liked
The ability to be seen by a specialist consultant.
The staff in the A&E department.
The communication between the Drs, Nurses and patients.
Ocelot Ward!!!!!!! It was Fabulous!!!!
What could be improved
Wakeley Ward.
Too many patients for the amount of nurses.
Mixed wards! It was very embarrasing! I am a 37 year old female and had a gentleman in his 70s across from me. I had trouble urinating and did not appreciate him being able to hear all that was going on.
Anything else?
I saw cleaning staff every day in Ocelot Ward! But the time that I spent in Wakeley Ward I did not see cleaning staff.
