What I liked

When i was in Ampney Ward I found Most of the Nurses to be great, but I found one particular nurse to be rude loud and very unprofessional they needed a course in social studies.

What could be improved

I was very noisy when it could have been avoided nurses and cleaners just dont seem to care about how much noise they make or how load it is. you just cannot get any quality rest.

i thought that peace and quiet was part of getting well but not at GWH. I do appreciate that noise can not be avoided bu come on everyone was complaining about it.laughing giggling shouting banging all hours of the morning.

Anything else?

I was at the scanning unit with my wife and 3 year old granchild we werre there over an hour an half my granson wanted a little drink of water so he went to the water machine to get a little drink and the receptionist told him off and said he could not have one it was for the patience only, put a sign on it then because the receptionist didnt stop anyone else, but i did make a point of telling them mysef that it was for patience only. i was appauld.
