"Professional and yet easy-going care"

I was treated as an inpatient in Circle Bath at the end of February. During my stay as well as during previous outpatient and pre-op assessment appointments I was very impressed by the professionalism and yet easy-going manner of all staff - clinical, administrative and non-clinical hospital services. I felt very well looked after and cared for throughout. Highly commendable!
