"Bad parking experience"

I have been to rsh recently to collect a friend from day surgery. I was only there around 40 minuets and it not only cost me 2. 50 but as it did not give change it was actually £3 which I find a very expensive experience on top of this there were a lot of others that were trying to use your machines and getting very confused and when one older lady asked for help the parking attendant told her she wasn't aloud to leave her booth and shut the window on her when there was actually 4 workers sitting in the cabin.

I had to help this lady out im sorry rsh you realy have failed on this one

I am sorry to hear your comments regarding the car parking attendants when you came to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital recently to collect your friend. I will forward your comments to the Estates Manager for him to raise your concerns with the staff. Change machines have recently been installed close to the car parking machines to allow visitors/patients access to change.
