"After care at the treatment centre"

Went in the treatment centre on in February for hernia repair all fine until I came round, the discharge nurse could not find both after care sheets told me to go on the net if I need any information, then told the nurse I don't think this op has worked, the nurse asked to look and said oh it is just swelling didn't ask if I would like to see some one then to top it all off the nurse told me my husband was outside I went out couldn't see our car so rang him. He was still at home not even been called so I rate it as low as possible it was a joke and the op didn't work :(
