I called the non-emergency 111 to get on advice on an injury i had yesterday afternoon. I was very pleased with the service and i felt comfortable telling the women on the phone, due to what i told her she sent out an ambulance to come take me up the hospital. I was very happy with the nurses/doctors up the BRI, they were very polite and dealt with my problem in a nice way, i didn't have a long wait but the doctors/nurses were very useful which made me happy and i was then dismissed with answers to my questions. I was very happy with the 111 service and i will defiantly recommend that service to family and friends if they need advice and it is non-emergency. Thank you so much for all the help, the paramedics, the women on the 111 phone, the nurse and doctor who i seen. I was very happy, not one thing bad to say!
"Brilliant service"
