"Urology (scoping) Dept."

Following my visit to Pontefract PGI, I was most impressed by the pleasantness and the efficiency of the staff. The staff put me at ease from the start and I felt most welcome. I am an older gentleman and starting to show signs of wear and tear with my waterworks, The examinations and questions regarding these problems are embarrassing and most personal at the best of times, however the whole of the staff put me at ease and my dignity was respected. All the examinations and tests were efficiently carried out and explained to me by the nurses and consultants in words I understood. A final summing up was given to by the consultant putting my mind to rest at the end of my visit without having to wait for further contact. I can only thank you and say "Job well done".
