What could be improved

The NHS is full of administration staff who appear to spend most of their working day walking round with clipboards, pagers or suchlike looking important and doing nothing. Bring back basic nursing care ang get rid of these ineffective personnel. Employ more nursing staff. Bring nurses back to nursing schools and out of university and teach them basic nursing skills.

My father was a patient on the Stroke unit and he sadly passed away 10th November. He died lacking comfort and dignity. The standards of medical care were appalling. I will remember his neglectfu care for the rest of my life.

Anything else?

Ban car parking fees. It is a liberty to prey on the vulnerable people of Coventry and make them pay car parking fees of up to ten pounds per day. It made me feel ashamed to be a nurse who was once employed by the Trust
