"Favourable memories"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I was admitted through A & E and later to Sunrise B Ward in February after a bad fall down a staircase. I believe the investigation and treatment I received was good and thorough from doctors and nursing staff as well as physiotherapy. The ward was clean and I was well looked after. There was some evidence of shortage of staff, particularly at night. In general, I found the hospital bright and cheerful. My only complaint ehci I am dealing with else where is ther lack of or slowness of follow-up to my local GP.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m very glad to hear that you received good treatment from our nurses, doctors and Physiotherapy staff on Sunrise B ward. They will be thrilled to hear this was the case. I hope that the follow-up with your GP has now been arranged. Yours sincerely Flo Panel-Coates Director of Nursing
