"Weekend Doctor Appointment."

I was disappointed, as when I came into reception the woman sitting behind the desk looked like she had just woken up, and when I told her I had an appointment to see the NHS 111 doctor, she just grunted, I said pardon? and she pointed round the corner and said take a seat at the back. I was early for this appointment, and there was no one else there to see the doctor, but he still did not come out of his room to see me until 10 minutes after my appointment time. Very disappointed with the Receptionist, and the other nursing staff seemed to take it as a Saturday catch up day, all talking to each other about this that and everything. Not a very professional feel to this hospital.
