"Dreadful lack of information"

About: Zachary Merton Hospital

It would be helpful if the NHS could actually be bothered to fill in what services the Z M Hospital provides under their webpage tab "Services" & likewise under their webpage tab "Facilities". What is the point of the NHS having a webpage if they can't be bothered to fill it in & provide the information. When one clicks on the tab 'services', it's blank, no wonder people go to the wrong hospitals, or have to try & phone the hospital (& hope they get through to the right department if they are lucky). Its not good enough, in this day & age when consumers expect to be able to use the internet these days & get the required information with the click of a mouse. Besides which the web page is already there, its just that the NHS are too lazy to fill it in.

Dear JR You are right: this isn’t good enough. Apologies for this. We do try to ensure we have plenty of information on our website at www.sussexcommunity.nhs.uk/ But we'll now work to get more information onto NHS Choices as a priority.
