Thank you for your recent comments on NHS choices. It is lovely to hear that you were treated with smiles and professionalism during your visit to the Fracture Clinic. This is a very busy clinic and the staff are involved in treating a large number of patients on each clinic. It is good to hear that they acted at all times with professionalism whilst making you feel welcomed by their smiles, your comments will be passed onto the staff in the clinic.
