About: Hull Royal Infirmary / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

On a number of different occasions, I have had x-rays at the Hull Royal Infirmary (the last time was regarding my hip). On each occasion I have found the staff to be both kind and helpful. They have always been very considerate and I have never been kept waiting too long. Thanks to all the staff in the x-ray department.

Thank you very much for your comments about your experiences with the Radiology Services at Hull Royal Infirmary.

NHS Hull is the organisation responsible for deciding how much money is spent on local health services, ensuring those services are of high quality and meet local needs. We have informed the relevant department so that it can help with their monitoring of the quality aspects of our contract with the trust.

We have also passed on your comments to our colleagues at the hospital and have asked them to pass them on to the staff involved.
