What could be improved
would say a shamb les. I was advised by letter 1 day in advance to attend a pre-surgery check. When I got there, no one could find my medical records and no one knew where they were. Hence I had to give a personal account of my own medical history.
What confidence do I have that my operation will be sucessful if the hospital cannot sort out basic administration. Of course trying to make a compliant is impossible - you have to call a telephone number which is on answered during 9-5pm. Has anyone heard of emails and compliants forms on the internet? Rest Assured I will not give up easily and a formal complaint will be lodged with the NHS which will eventually find its way to the Hospitals.
