What I liked

the only people who were good were the anethatist and surgeon on call

What could be improved

the nursing staff have attitude the ward i was on they a had aperson not of sound mind who kept the whole of the ward awake until at 3am it upset aqnother patient who isisted they get her out also to myself on a urinal in bed was absoulty useless i was wet in the bed and made to feel it was my fault the deischard took at least 3hours no routine it was like a circus and i have to say that after being there 7 years ago it has deteriated food disgusting hygiene terrible no wonder people come out ill isnit about the working enviroment for the staff so they don't have attitude not havng time not having a smile or really are not getting the support even down in the theatre being quite stressed out. A Sister went off on one in front of patients how do you think that makes the patient feel just going under anesethc

Isnt it abount time people were taught about the feelings about the patient having been into another nhs hospital and having had a thouroughly different experience of where patients actually matter the thought of ever coming into the Southampton Genral hospital is a nighmare from hell
