What I liked

The Staff at the Pain clinic are some of the best nurses and doctor I had ever had dealings with. Care and professionalism are excellent!

What could be improved

I was only a day patient but I feel I must strongly say that twice I have needed to contact the pain clinic only to be greeted by an answer machine from another clinic where they said they would get back to me. The first time I phoned was few months ago and I am still waiting for a reply. The second time was two weeks ago and yes I am still waiting for a reply.

Neither messages were delivered to the Pain clinic, so if the answer machine has to stay in another dept then please please instruct the staff there to send the messages to the relevant people concerned. The first message I left was a query and so not much of a problem but the second one was important, I was in extreme pain and badly needed advice!
