"waiting times"

Having been booked in for an appointment for a follow up after a problem with my eye. I was left sitting watching others arrive after me to then see them be seen before me. No one came to explain that they were prioritised before anyone else. Patient seemed tp be sent from different departments to reduce the 4 hour waiting time. This not expectable, there should be clincs set a side for this like there is if you are seen out of hours.
