About: North Tyneside General Hospital

My granddaughter was admitted to Rake lane Hospital ward 10 two days ago. My granddaughter and daughter were seen straight away and were dealt with by very professional staff on the ward. These were the doctors and nurses on ward 10. She was given the very best treatment, and whilst there her ear drum burst as well as having a virus. These were treated straight away and she was released after an examination. I cant tell you how relieved we were to have Sophie back to her normal self as we had been to other local hospitals who did very little for us. Once again thanks to staff at ward 10. Enjoy ur card and chocolates

I am so pleased to hear that Sophie was seen to straight away by professional staff and that has recovered so well - sounds like she'd had a bit of a tough time poor thing ?
