"My wife "

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Heart failure team

(as a relative),

Dear Sir,

My wife is 93, last year she was taken into hospital during the night with severe shortage of breath and pain in her chest. They sorted her out and sent her home with new medication and instructions for her GP.

Her doctor thought that it might be possible to get a specialist cardiac nurse to see if he could help her. This is how we met David Fearnley, he came to see her and he gave her a through check over and said that he thought he could help.

He changed some of her medication and over the his next few visits it became obvious that he was getting some where. With his skill, care, and gentle manner he tweaked and changed her medication. Over the next few months she made excellent progress and he was able to lengthen his. Her blood pressure and heart rate is fine again. She is as happy and as fit as any arthritic 93 year old.

The family owe our great debt of thanks to David and your organisation for all your help.

Sorry it has taken so long to send this.
