"In the dark about reasons for being removed from practice list"

About: NHS Grampian

(as the patient),

I received a letter from the surgery informing me I was to be removed from Practice list because of a breakdown in patient/doctor relationship and also that a incident previously had been recorded about me. To this I was in the dark. However there was a previous 08: 30 appointment when I arrived at the surgery on time at approx. 08:25 to find it closed and no one there.

I waited around 20 minutes and a person arrived to open the surgery, She said she had to come from Lossiemouth. I made the comment you're late then. The receptionist entered the surgery and I followed her in and she proceeded about her business. On passing I made a comment to her about patients opening the surgery and I laughed out loud. I had my appointment went home.

Update posted by Monte Alto (the patient)

I would like to thank all for the support I have received. However my main problem was on my last visit to the local surgery in early March 2014 for an 8:30hrs appointment. I arrived to be told I was late. The receptionist said to me my appointment was for 8:20. I answered her that my appointment was 8:30am. She said that was not the case and that they open at 8:30 but my appointment was for 8:20. This left me slightly confused. I returned home to get my appointment slip, and returned to the surgery. I presented the receptionist with the appointment slip clearly stating an 8:30 appointment, with a further appointment for 10:30. I was told I was still late. The clock in the surgery was at 8:36am. What was helpful to me is that I have been heard. The surgery just seemed to have palmed me off.
