"The staff were all exceptional and nothing was a problem"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency Glasgow Royal Infirmary / General Medicine (Wards 3, 4, 5 &46)

(as a relative),

Relative was admitted via A&E in the early hours of the morning. We arrived at the hospital at around 1030 hrs were met by a lovely clinical support worker who allowed us immediately to see our relative. I can also say that all the staff on duty who we came into contact with that day were all exceptional and nothing was a problem.

Once again thank you for using the Patient Opinion feedback system, it is greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards
