My grandpa was in the Emmer Green Ward for 2.5 weeks last month and I was amazed by the standard of cleanliness and care that every single patient received. Also, a majority of the nurses and doctors must be highly commended for how chirpy and kind they always were- often making cups of tea for us and chatting about various things. The ward was visually lovely too- the new chairs had just arrived and there was generally a very nice feel to it. Even though we know this could not be helped, it was often irritating standing outside the door for ages until someone came to let us in. Apart from this minor problem, we were shocked at the amazing standard of care. Thank you very much for everything you did for my grandpa- it was very much appreciated. Many thanks, Rachael
