I was a patient on ward 9 at the Pontefract General Infirmary for a hysteroscopy. The staff were all very patient and respectful.
As I suffer with depression and had a few tearful times, it would have been nice to have been able to speak to someone in the hospital at these times.
On the whole, though, I thought that the care which I received was good.
