"A trip to the paediatric clinic"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

My daughter & I had reason to visit the paediatric outpatients clinic last week. The doctor we saw couldn't have been nicer and more attentive but the ward sister was very abrupt and had little or no interest in making my daughter feel at ease. She was rude & dismissive when she expressed fears about the tests she was about to undergo. It was very upsetting for her.
