I feel I must write to say how impressed I was with all the attention and treatment I received while on the day care unit 3rd March 2014. Throughout all the process I was shown extreme kindness and understanding from all the hospital team, which I have never received at any other hospital. Being a very anxious patient this matters to me greatly. I would like to thank everybody concerned. Mrs B Palmer
