(as a service user),

Sorry, but the appointment system is not good and led to my appointment being changed – I. e. another wait for what might have been a vital consultation.

Must do better.

It is not clear from your comments if your referral was processed by TRAQS and where your apppointment was booked. TRAQS books the initial appointment and at the time of speaking to you, you should have been made aware that appointments may be subject to alteration if the consultant or specialist believes an alternative clinic or date is more appropriate. Also appointments may be subject to change due to unforseen circumstances.
