"extremely satisfied customer !!"

I had a hysterectomy by keyhole on 27/02/14 & couldn't be happier with my treatment. I was in Tolgus ward overnight, was well looked after by all members of staff, never left for long without being checked on. I was given plenty of information before,during & on discharge & more than enough opportunities to ask questions. There was a slight miscommunication regarding my preoperative assessment but this was quickly resolved & whilst waiting for my surgery my daughter overheard the information that the surgeon was off sick that day however there was no communication to this effect to the waiting patients which would have been more courteous. These issues however did not deter from the fact that I found the staff friendly & efficient, the ward clean, the food very good & my medical treatment extremely thorough. Thanks to all the staff on Tolgus & in theatre / recovery. Sue
