"c11 what a joke!!"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

some of the nurses on this ward need to re think their career.. I felt that they had possibly been in the job too long lacked compassion and were judgmental. If ever you asked them to do anything or a question I was made to feel like I was asking them to climb mount Everest. The lack of information you are given is unbelievable.im so glad my mother is now at burnley hospital, where they actually treat you like a human being.and nothings to much bother. Being told on ward c11 you will have to wait to have help going to the toilet is a farce..
