"Disaster waiting to happen"

Since 4 surgeries merged its gone down hill, big time. The last time it was rated it failed in every category. We have no regular doctors so you rarely get to see the same doctor twice meaning you have to keep going over your symptoms to different doctors. The queue outside the surgery in the morning is laughable and that is just to try and get an appointment has you can hardly ever get one if you manage to get through on the telephone when the lines open at 8 o'clock , by 10 past 8 they are normally gone. Now to the staff, at Inkersall they are fine haven't had many problems with them, as for the staff at Staveley well I don't want to get sued so I will say no more. Please hollywell get it sorted
