"not answering the phone"

I've been ringing and ringing for the last 35 mins .. no answer at all .. why put a contact number on when you don't even answer .. how are people ment to speak to someone when you don't answer the phone ,,, I really needed to speak to peterlee hospital soon .. and I feel that it was riduculas that there was no answer at all .. it discusting!!!
