Further to my emails and letters relating to the issues that I am left to endure I have not received a response or even recognition that my letter has been received, let alone being dealt with. It is incredulous and vastly indecorous to have not received any form of contact and I will be forced into taking this matter further. I have been in insufferable pain since December 2013 on a cocktail of drugs that have resulted in little or no affect including Morphine. My work life is in jeopardy as if this condition flares up again resulting in more time off I would be in risk of being made unemployed. As previously mentioned I must insist on a further MRI as I feel that the symptoms have worsened since the initial scan. Failing that I must insist that IF this course of injections is successful I am scheduled to receive the treatment every 10 to 12 weeks to avoid the pain, the loss of my job and finally get my life back. It is imperative that a review of my file is undertaken by the doctor or another suitable consultant to concur on a course of action to address my condition and not simply mask it.
