"A visit to A&E and the Fracture Clinic"

I was brought to A&E by ambulance on what they described as a quiet night, with a very painful leg injury. Staff (and the paramedic) were brilliant and very caring. Couldn't have asked for more. My return next day was marred by the sheer distance frm the front door to the Fracture Clinic. Which genius decided on that location? Had to sit near the front entrance and wait for a wheelchair - the receptionist helped me into it but with no porters around, I had to wait for my husband to eventually find a parking space and then wheel me down, 30 minutes late.

I am sorry to hear of your less than satisfcatory time the next day.The Trust is very concious of the current problems with car parking and is undertaking an option appraisal to address the situation as soon as possible . We are sorry that this has been such an inconvenience for you , and can undestand the frustration caused.
