I would like to praise the fantastic service of the aural care nurse, Melanie Salsbury who has been looking after my son for some years now.
She sees him regularly at her High Wycombe clinic, has increased the frequency of appointments as his need increased, and always fits us in at times which are convenient and least disruptive to his education.
She lets us make the appointment directly with her instead of waiting for a random letter/appointment from the hospital, so we know when we are coming back and its at a convenient time - so much less stressful for us.
She is always kind and cheerful and it is great to be getting support for someone with a hearing disability from such a professional person.
