(as a service user),

I was able to make a doctor’s appointment for a few days after I had decided to seek help. Within a week of the doctor’s referral, I was contacted by TRAQS.

The following day, ‘The Maddocks’ clinic rang and I was able to arrange an appointment within days – barely a week after my doctor’s appointment.

It was an extremely efficient process.
