"Confused why there is bad feedback"

I'm not sure who people have had for their Neurology consultant but I found mine to be 100% understanding of the way I felt about my then current medication and the variety of medications he recommended as to stop/reduce the number of seizures I was having. The fact that my neurologist recently won an award for his work in the field says it all really. I felt very welcomed when entering the room and was allowed to fully explain my situation and we discussed the pros and cons of a variety of things without being my opinion/views being ignored. I felt that my new medication was clearly explained and if I required any assistance my epilepsy nurse would be on hand to help or if an emergency appointment was required then that service would also be available. My neurologist, who I due to see in a month or two, I would highly recommend.
