Im so upset and angry, this hospital needs to improve urgently. My son has been havin breathing problems for months ie stopping breathin, being sick in his sleep daily, has lost alot of weight (can see his ribs) and at christmas he coughed up blood as hes struggling with his adenoids and tonsils being so large. After numerous gp trips and hospital visits he was referred to the consultant. Consultant saw our son in jan and said he would have his operation in feb. We still havnt had the op appointment thro. We constantly call the department who never answer but when we put a complaint in they called us back within the day! We were then told they would speak to the consultant and will ring us back within 48hrs....that was 6 days ago! And we still havnt been called! This is neglect to a poor child who is only 2, in pain and struggling! What will it take for them to contact us and give us an appointment! This is so stressing as a mother to watch my son being treated like this and deteriorating in health! I will be taking this much further!
